We ask that you please choose your purchase carefully, as we do not offer exchanges/returns unless your goods have been damaged in transit or are proven faulty.

In the event that your order is damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us within 3 business days with your order number and a photo of your received goods.

Please contact us first before returning the item. If your purchase is proven damaged/faulty we will endeavour to send a replacement in a timely manner, free of any charges.
